What we do with what you send us

Drafted from Cloud Nine Roofing's business details for this page. Not legal advice: have someone qualified read it if you are unsure.

Privacy

When you request a free inspection, the form collects your name, phone number, street address and a few words about what you are seeing on your roof. Cloud Nine Roofing uses them to text or call you about your request and to carry out the inspection. Requests go to Robert Lollar, the owner, and to nobody else.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone outside the work on your roof. If you file an insurance claim and ask us to, we share our photos and findings with your insurer.

If you tick the text box, we may text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end them, or HELP for help. Texting is not a condition of the inspection or of buying anything.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email rlollar@cloudnineroofs.com or call (270) 207-0041.

The free inspection

• The inspection is a visual inspection of the roof and its visible components by Cloud Nine Roofing. It is free and carries no obligation to buy anything.
• It is not an engineering report, and it does not decide what an insurer will pay.
• If there is work to do, you receive a price in writing. Work begins only when you say so.
• Cloud Nine Roofing is licensed by the Mississippi State Board of Contractors, license R22757.
