A tear-off in Oxford. The decking gets checked before a shingle goes down.
What Robert actually does
Shingles, flashing, vents, valleys, the gutters. Hail hits and lifted tabs do not show from the yard, so he does not judge from the yard.
Every soft spot, every cracked boot, every lifted shingle. Before he leaves he shows you each one on his phone, so you see what he saw, whether you hire us or not.
Repair, replace, or leave it alone, with the price in writing if there is work to do. If a $400 repair fixes it, that is the answer you get, not a new roof.
Worth a look before the Thanksgiving fronts
Seeing one of them does not mean you need a roof. Two of these are usually a repair. It does mean it is worth having someone walk up there.
After a windy night, look along the edges and the ridge. A few lifted tabs are a repair. Whole runs gone are not.
Usually a repairCoarse black sand at the downspout means the shingles are shedding their coating. It happens with age and with hail.
Depends on the ageA brown ring that grows after rain. Often a cracked pipe boot or flashing, which is a small job if it is caught early.
Usually a repairMost asphalt roofs in north Mississippi are judged by what the sun and the storms have done, not the calendar. An inspection settles it.
Worth knowingMississippi has a second severe-weather season from October through December, and Oxford's emergency managers say the strong cold fronts come in the weeks before and after Thanksgiving. A roof with a weak spot finds out then.

Oxford, Mississippi.
The inspection team impressed me with their thoroughness and professionalism. They didn't rush through the job and made sure I understood every detail of their findings.

Cloud Nine Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. They were very professional and neat with the job. They cleaned up after themselves once the job was completed. They were all work and no play.

Who comes to your house
Cloud Nine Roofing is Robert's company, in Oxford. He is the one who climbs your roof, and the one who texts you back.
Before he started Cloud Nine, Robert inspected roofs for insurance companies in Kentucky. He has seen what adjusters approve and what they deny, which is why his inspections come with photos and a straight answer rather than a pitch.

Before you book
It is free, and there is no catch. Robert walks the roof, takes photos and tells you what he found. If there is work to do, you get a written price and you decide. If there is nothing to do, he says so and leaves. Either way you have seen every photo he took.
Only if you need one, and then you will see the photos that show why. Cloud Nine does repairs as well as replacements. If a flashing repair or a few shingles fix the problem, that is what Robert will recommend.
Call (270) 207-0041 instead of filling in the form. Put a bucket under it, move anything that can be damaged, and leave the ceiling alone until someone has looked at it.
If you decide to file a claim for storm damage, Robert documents the damage with photos and can meet your adjuster at the house. The Mississippi Insurance Commissioner's advice is not to make permanent repairs until the insurer has inspected, and the photos from a real inspection help with exactly that. Nobody can promise what an insurer will pay, and we will not.
About 20 to 30 minutes. It helps to be there: Robert shows you the photos and gives you the answer before he leaves, not in an email later.
Oxford and all of Lafayette County, plus Tupelo, Olive Branch, Water Valley, Corinth, Coffeeville and Grenada. Somewhere else in north Mississippi? Call and ask.
It depends on the size of the roof and the shingle, and nobody can price it from the driveway. You get a written number after the inspection, and most residential replacements take one to three days.
Ready when you are
Picture the Thanksgiving front coming through at two in the morning, rain loud on the roof, and you already know from Robert's photos that it will hold. Or the small repair got done in October. Either way, you sleep. Six quick answers, and Robert texts you to set a time.
